Description

This complex is the natural expansion of the Logistics Montijo 1 and comprehends five logistic buildings with a total of 165.000 square meters.

The high design functionality buildings of this complex were planned with a strong focus on sustainability never putting in second place the environment, e.g. the use of recycled materials in the construction process, and the use of renewable energy such as solar and biodiesel for heating. The site surrounding the centre, covering approximately 111.000 square meters in all, has been respected to form a natural area with cork oaks and natural green areas, which will maintain a healthy environment.

This logistic centre will offer a perfect match between industry and integration in the local area.
