RiverFront Parcellation Plan Montijo

The proposal for the Montijo’s riverfront is an urban scale feasibility study for a parcelation plan project with 23637,0 sqm of gross locable area.

The architectural language chosen for this proposal consists on relating the Montijo’s last century memory with the modern times. The inspiration comes from the pre-existence perception of the site, mainly from its factories, responsible for the site’s expansion. The proposal is composed by 11 parcels, of which 10 will be housing parcels with 4 levels, divided into duplex T2, T3 and T4 typologies. The 11th parcels is going to be a mixed use project with 4 levels. These will be divided in 2 levels for commerce and 2 levels for housing.

The concept is to create a project solution in which the time will perform only minor changes.
