Seafront Bar in Estoril

Description

Located at the waterfront of Estoril, the project foresees the transformation of a former beachpub into a contemporary organic structure, born from a conceptual idea of what a seaside bar can be.

The built volume lands on the ground and faces the ocean through a structure of horizontal blades that resembles an aquatic being. This “shell” is both a coverage and an amphitheater that people can use as an extension of the public space.
