A new concept for the NOVO BANCO.
Without customers there would be no bank. In recognition of its importance, we propose that the client’s space be the backbone from which all services are developed.
We imagine the new concept of the bank as a leaf. The client space represents all the ribs that run through and structure the entire limbo. It is then the vital piece, generating everything that follows. The more reserved spaces (which are obviously necessary) are thus pushed to the periphery, to the remaining spaces. Contrary to today, where on arrival at the bank the customer is faced with a longitudinal gradient of opacity and privacy, we propose a new perception of the space where the customer can see its entire length and apparently reach all its corners. This new concept has two main objectives: to increase transparency and thereby confidence.
