Tower Fernão Magalhães, completed in 2003, is a standalone office building in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. The aim was to design a clear, elegant and luminous tower. The result is a glazed façade that reflects the light of the Tagus River and the city’s distinctive brightness.
With 15 storeys, the building offers high-quality office space that prioritises efficiency and comfort. The extensive use of glass elevates the aesthetic and brings abundant daylight, giving occupants wide views over the river and the district.
Located on Avenida D. João II, the tower includes ground-floor retail and private parking, which adds convenience for tenants and visitors.
