The Campina Villa, a typical late 19th-century estate in the Algarve hills, now shows a careful restoration and a discreet expansion. The project keeps the rustic character and family spirit of the original property while adding contemporary elements that improve comfort and function.
The team rehabilitated the main house and the former stables with care. They combined traditional materials such as stone and wood with modern technical solutions. The spatial layout respects the logic of old rural dwellings and adapts it to the lifestyle and needs of a modern family.
The expansion introduces two new volumes and a large swimming pool. These additions create a balanced dialogue between interior and exterior. Today, Campina Villa works as an intergenerational retreat that unites memory, landscape and modern living in the heart of the Algarve.
