Logistics Montijo

The intervention area is located in Pegões, Montijo, close to the N10 national road and the railway station.

The complex will be one of the main logistics supply centres for the Greater Lisbon area, as well as for industries in the surrounding area, while also ensuring an immediate connection with the main arteries of the national and Iberian road network.

The logistics centre includes multiple warehouses, distribution centres with significant logistics capacities and corporate offices.

The architectural project is based on an indispensable reflection on materiality, sustainability and innovation. The plan for the logistics complex is based on flexible assumptions that allow for future expansion to double the area covered.
