Located within the Costa Terra Golf & Ocean Club estate, each volume of this private plot was carefully positioned to create shaded areas, promote natural airflow, and frame specific views, always in respect of the terrain and with comfort as a priority.
Natural ventilation was meticulously considered: we incorporated cobogó walls that allow the house to breathe on warmer days, elegantly filtering both light and air.
