In 2026, Contacto Atlântico marks 30 years of history – three decades of architecture with a clear commitment: to rehabilitate, enhance, and give new future to what already exists.
Over these years, urban rehabilitation has been a central pillar of our work, not only as a technical response, but as a way of caring for cities, heritage, and the identity of places. To rehabilitate is to preserve memory, improve performance, increase comfort, and create new uses, with respect for what was there, yet without fear of transformation.
It is within this journey, and this way of working, that we proudly share the news that two Contacto Atlântico projects are finalists in the 2025 Prémio Nacional do Imobiliário: CAIS 5 and Nestlé The Good Store.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this path – Clients, Partners, Friends, and above all, our Team.
As we enter our 30th anniversary year, we do so with the same ambition as always: to keep rehabilitating cities and heritage with rigor, vision, and real impact.
