Description

The intervention site is located on a steep plot, currently occupied by several vacant buildings.

The project consists of a fragmentation exercise that articulates repeated volumes, softening the scale of the building and optimizing its insertion in the existing slope by connecting its different levels. The construction lands on the ground through a sequence of recessed and projected volumes, promoting public space through a light and unobstructed visual presence and establishing exterior squares with access to the interior spaces.

The fragmentation solution allows for an interior functional organization capable of incorporating distinct tenants.
