Description

The project is characterized by the rehabilitation and expansion of the building nº266 of Avenida da Liberdade, respecting the work of the architect Pardal Monteiro, so it is intended to maintain the language and image of the property, only wanting to reorganize it internally, in order to create independent fractions  and endow it with the technical, functional and aesthetic characteristics.

For the facades it is proposed a very discreet and almost imperceptible intervention from the outside.

Intervention in the interior aims at three main aspects: the legalization of existing spaces, the creation of quality housing in order to establish population in this central area of ​​the city and the maintenance and conservation of as many spaces as possible.
