This project is part of the need to give a rebirth to the first atempt to have a shopping mall in down town Lisbon.

Today the building is protected as a Public Interest Building.

The concept was as simple as obtaining, from the monuments authority, an approval to open direct access to the street in order for it to become the commercial street that it is today.

By adding the door to the exterior people will be attracted in to the shops.
