Description

This project aims to renovate an apartment with 365,85 sqm of construction area, with about forty years old.

In addition to the aesthetic aspects to correct is also intended to conduct a technical review in order to provide the latest technology and solve problems arising from age and use.

The main assumptions for this project are related to the retrofitting of the many rooms and the creation of modern, versatile, comfortable, eclectic and sophisticated environments but of great simplicity.
