Casa Pátio is a residential architecture project developed by Contacto Atlântico, symbolizing a new concept of waterside living.

With a contemporary L-shaped design and a central patio as a meeting point, the residence harmoniously integrates with the natural environment.

The structure’s volumetry explores the intersection of axes and the overlaying of volumes, creating a play of light and shadow that adds sophistication to the project.

The layout includes a deck and a pool connected to the internal common area, providing a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces and allowing for an immersive outdoor living experience.

Durable materials and sustainable architectural solutions were chosen to optimize energy efficiency and thermal comfort, such as sunshades and coverings for light control.

Casa Pátio reflects our architecture studio’s approach to creating spaces that enhance quality of life and respect the environment.
