Challet Nespereiras is a timber house designed by Contacto Atlântico, located in a lush natural setting, in Cascais. The home sits on a plot that connects closely with the surrounding greenery. Its architectural language reflects lightness, sustainability, and a strong connection to the outdoors.

The structure is simple and balanced. An exposed wooden frame extends into porches and balconies, creating a welcoming rhythm. Large glass openings connect the interior to the landscape, allowing natural light to flood in and offering constant views of nature.

Inside, the layout is clear and comfortable. Social areas are spacious, while private zones remain well defined. Natural materials such as light wood and stone add a timeless and calming touch to the space.
