Jamor Living

Description

Jamor Living introduces a hybrid model within contemporary architecture in Portugal, combining residential and professional functions in a single multiuse building in Oeiras. Designed by Contacto Atlântico, a top architecture firm in Portugal, the project reflects the principles of high-end architecture, where flexibility, efficiency, and user experience define the spatial strategy.

The concept responds to new ways of living and working, integrating modern office areas with serviced apartments tailored for mobile professionals. These temporary living units are designed to offer comfort and privacy while remaining connected to shared amenities that support a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Architectural Design, Materiality and Flexibility

The spatial organisation prioritises clarity and adaptability. Layouts are designed to remain flexible, allowing different configurations that respond to changing needs. Circulation is simple and intuitive, ensuring ease of use across both residential and work areas.

Serviced apartments are complemented by shared facilities such as lounges, coworking spaces, and laundry areas. These elements foster a sense of community within the building, encouraging interaction while maintaining individual privacy.

Materiality supports durability and everyday functionality, contributing to a consistent and refined architectural language. The balance between private and shared spaces ensures a cohesive experience across the entire building.

Leading Architecture Firm in Portugal: Living and Working Integration

The relationship between architecture and lifestyle is central to Jamor Living, ensuring that the building responds to the demands of a global and mobile professional context. The integration of housing and workspaces creates an efficient and adaptable environment.

Its strategic location near the A5 and the Jamor valley enhances accessibility and convenience for both residents and visitors. With more than 4,500 m² dedicated to residential and support areas, the project brings together living and working in a clear and efficient way.

Jamor Living stands as a clear example of how architecture can adapt to evolving urban lifestyles. As part of Contacto Atlântico’s portfolio, it reinforces the studio’s position as a leading architecture firm in Portugal, recognised for delivering innovative and flexible design solutions.
