KIKO Milano Augusta

KIKO Milano Augusta occupies a historic building on Lisbon’s Rua Augusta with a gross area of 582.12 m². The project updates and conserves the property, converting the former Nunes Corrêa dressmaking store into a contemporary cosmetics store for the Percassi group.

The design adapts interiors to the new use with clear technical, functional and aesthetic criteria. Thus, layouts, lighting and finishes support retail service while respecting the existing construction. In addition, KIKO Milano Augusta retains the spirit of the site by reinterpreting the original architectural language.
Wood, pilasters and fitting rooms reference the old store and sit alongside new elements that express the brand. The result delivers a legible, durable and elegant space that honors memory and supports current operation.
