Lisbon Office Complex
Description
The Lisbon Office Complex follows a post-Covid strategy, addressing new ways of working and interacting with the city. This group of buildings, with approximately 14,000 m², sits around a central courtyard and aims to create an energetically self-sufficient community. At the same time, it offers efficient indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage employees to return to the workplace.
In energy terms, the Lisbon Office Complex aims to balance consumption and production through a system of photovoltaic panels and small wind turbines integrated into the buildings. The façades use a dual passive efficiency strategy: horizontal shading fins that protect the interior during summer and vertical screens that filter sunlight on exposed elevations. These measures, combined with glass types adapted to each orientation, help ensure thermal comfort and economic efficiency.
Inside, the workspaces are spacious, bright and welcoming, promoting collaborative environments that foster interaction between colleagues, clients and partners.
