Roma Apartments renovates a 365.85 m2 apartment that is about 40 years old. Beyond the aesthetic update, the work addresses age and use issues, improves comfort and efficiency, and clarifies the spaces.
The reorganisation brings social and private areas closer and simplifies routes. We replace window frames, redesign lighting, and improve insulation and natural ventilation. Washable, durable materials such as wood and stone support easy maintenance and a calm look.
The kitchen and bathrooms gain storage and better ergonomics. The balconies connect more directly to the living room and keep solar protection. In the end, Roma Apartments delivers contemporary, versatile and comfortable spaces ready for everyday life.
