Villa Amendoeira

Villa Amendoeira is a luxury villa located in the Herdade da Costa Terra Golf & Ocean Club, in Melides. Designed by Contacto Atlântico, it blends contemporary lines with traditional Alentejo influences, offering a private and peaceful living experience.

The house spans a total of 986.6 sqm, divided between a main floor and a partially buried basement. The upper level includes a master suite, two guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a generous living and dining area, and a kitchen with pantry that opens onto a covered terrace. This terrace overlooks the golf course and invites outdoor dining throughout the year.

The basement includes a cinema room, spa, wine cellar, garage, and technical areas. The villa features a sauna and a multimedia room connected to the gym, which includes a screen for watching sports. Outside, the pool, jacuzzi and fire pit complement the design, creating different spaces for socializing and leisure. All spaces were designed to provide comfort and functionality.

Natural materials define the architecture. The house features white-rendered façades, natural stone cladding at ground level, ceramic roof tiles, bronze aluminium window frames, and wood flooring. The landscape design uses native species and integrates sustainable drainage to preserve the site’s ecosystem.

Villa Amendoeira is the result of an integrated design by Contacto Atlântico’s teams in architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture. It reflects a refined lifestyle rooted in nature.
